LISBON – ÓBIDOS – ALCOBAÇA – NAZARÉ – FÁTIMA

3 hoursAdmission Ticket FreePick up at the Pombal Square in Lisbon, at 8.30 A. We then drive northwards and arrive at our first point of visit: the beautiful walled town of Óbidos, with its picturesque streets and the Pousada do Castelo. We then move onto Alcobaça to visit the 12th century with the tombs of D. Pedro and Inês de Castro. For lunch at a local restaurante; we head to Nazaré, the most colorful of Portuguese fishing villages. In the afternoon, we visit the Batalha Monastery, a masterpiece in the gothic style and classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. Arrival to Fátima. Overnight in Fátima area hotel on selected basis. 2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeAfter breakfast at the hotel, the day is at your disposal for activities of personal nature in Fátima, a centre of the Christian Faith and a world pilgrimage site, visiting the church where the tombstones of Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco are, as well as the Chapel of Apparitions at the heart of the shrine. There is also time to attend mass. At the end of the day, we return to Lisbon through this colorful farming region. Drop off at Pombal Square at 18.00 approximately.
