Tortas ahogadas: a tomato salsa-drowned pork carnitas sandwich. 2. Tacos de barbacoa: slow-cooked marinated beef, served in grilled tacos. 3. Tejuino: a cold beverage made from fermented corn. 4. Artisanal candies and/or seasonal fruits. To spare you the hassle of dealing with local currency, tipping customs, and making change, the food at the market is already included.
