The WATER MUSEUM project was launched in 2021 to bring ancient water cisterns from Greco-Roman times back to life. A pioneering project carried out in collaboration with a Neapolitan water company has made it possible to recreate streams and cisterns as they were in ancient times.
You will also visit the Pietrasanta architectural complex of the basilica and chapels, of Greco-Roman origin. In fact, the first settlers imposed the name Partenope on the city where the Basilica of Pietrasanta stands today.

First of all, we will visit the Basilica of Santa Maria de la "Pitra Sagrada" and then go down 35 meters to the deepest part of the city, where we can admire the Greek and Roman aqueduct of the ancient Neapolis, as well as the ancient cistern, the "prince's" pool, the largest of the Naples underground and the area used as a shelter during the Second World War.
