Rather than a tour or lecture, this is a chance to slow down, connect with the landscape, and experience meditation in a way that feels natural and personal.

Curious about Sedona’s vortex energy—but not sure what it actually is or how to experience it? This is a grounded, approachable way to explore it for yourself. We’ll meet at a quiet, beautiful red rock location and begin by slowing down—stepping out of the rush and into a more present, connected state. From there, I’ll share a simple, practical understanding of vortex energy—what it is, how to relate to it, and how to work with it in a way that feels real (not abstract or overwhelming). You’ll then be guided through a meditation designed to help you experience the energy directly, using a few different techniques so you can discover what works best for you. There’s time for questions, conversation, and integration—so you leave not just having had a meaningful experience, but with something you can actually take with you.
