Highlights

This private day trip from Bucharest start with stop at Mogosoaia to see the Palace and the Royal Court of the most famous romanian ruler from the end of the 17th century, located in a forest on the edge of a lake.


Next is a visit the Snagov Monastery the place where Vlad the Impaler is buried – an ancient monastic establishment, a historical monument, an architectural jewel of feudal art, and an important tourist attraction located on an island of the Snagov Lake, near Bucharest

    Tiny Snagov Island, at the northern end of Snagov Lake, is home to Snagov Monastery and Vlad Ţepeş' alleged final resting place. The small stone church dates from the 15th century; Vlad Ţepeş’ purported grave is located towards the back of the church. The island is connected to the mainland by bridge.

    Casa Timis in Chitorani. This charming house has been beautifully restored and is now a fine restaurant surrounded by vineyards, between the hills. Step back in time as you explore the historic rooms, which are filled with gorgeous antiques and artifacts.
