Highlights
Sri Lanka has so much to offer visitors and I am keen to share the possibilities with anyone that wishes to join me! My name is Michael Sands. I have been practicing yoga for over 23 years. I am certified as an RYS 200 & 300 instructor. Teaching styles being restorative, hatha & vinyasa.
"Uniting Music & Yoga" for myself I now have the idea of sharing this premise as an Experience Guide Yogi. I wish to show people that "Healthy Holidays" are possible! And that one can enjoy music, dance, visit temples and still make time for a daily wake-up session of meditation and yoga practice every morning! Guests for this tour must be 21 years of age.

The perfect place to practice meditation at sunrise and a yoga session with the beautiful westward facing sunset! Upon arrival the first day a few hours after lunch we will practice a Yin style gentle yoga sequence on the beach! Then just before dinner at sunset a relaxed meditation practice perched on a panoramic sea view sand dune!- AccommodationsOvernite included at Majestic Beach Retreat in a bungalow villa amongst the coconut groves and infinity pool.Food And DrinksLunch - Vegetarian Sri Lankan meal with coconut rottis, dhal curry, potato curry, sambal and red rice.
