We had such a great experience with them that we extended our rental to 4 days! They took our previous bike and sent a new one to our other hotel. I asked for the bike to be delievered earlier than time slot, and they happily provide! Happy with the bike quality and it's really cheap compared to other platform! Provider also gives 2 helmets and 2 raincoats which brings more plus points. Recommended!!
