Established in 2010, our cooking school combines experienced English-speaking Thai chefs, hands-on instruction, and a fully air-conditioned kitchen just 2 minutes from BTS On Nut Station.
Begin with a guided local market tour, then learn traditional Thai cooking techniques, including preparing fresh curry paste from scratch. Cook your own dishes, adjust flavors to your taste, and enjoy everything you've made.
With individual menu choices, five dishes per person, and recipes to take home, this is a personalized Thai cooking experience designed for travelers who want to do more than simply watch a demonstration.

Join Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy, established in 2010, for a hands-on Thai cooking class with a local market tour. Every participant chooses their own 5 dishes from 20+ options—no fixed group menu. Meet your instructor at BTS On Nut, then explore a local market to discover Thai herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients. Continue to our fully air-conditioned kitchen, just 2 minutes from the station. With guidance from an English-speaking Thai chef, prepare your own dishes from five categories: • Curries: Green, Red, Panang, Massaman, or Khao Soi, with curry paste made from scratch. • Soups & salads: Tom Yum, Tom Kha, Som Tam, or Laab Gai. • Rice & noodles: Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, or Pineapple Fried Rice. • Stir-fries: Chicken with Cashews, Thai Basil Chicken, Black Pepper Beef, or Morning Glory. • Desserts: Mango Sticky Rice or Fried Bananas. Learn Thai seasoning and cooking techniques, enjoy what you've made, and receive recipes and online cooking videos to use at home.
