1. **Booking Location:** Before booking, ensure you select the correct option for your hotel location, as there are different hotel zones such as Hotel Strip, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum.

2. **Shuttle Timing:** Choose the correct shuttle time option, as the vehicles depart on the hour, every hour. If you miss your reserved shuttle due to migration or flight delays, your service will be subject to availability. If no shared transportation is available, you will be offered the option to pay a fee for an upgrade to private service.

3. **Arrival Instructions:** Upon arrival and after passing through migration and customs, take the exit and look for our representative holding a sign with our logo.

4. **Shared Transportation Assignment:** If you booked shared transportation, our staff will assign you a vehicle. Ensure you select the correct time schedule, as our vehicles depart from the airport on the hour, every hour.

5. **Transportation Hours:** Our shared transportation service is available from 8 am, and the last shuttle departs from Cancun airport at 5 pm sharp.
