We will start our day from Cessnock airport (option for the helicopter to pick
you up directly from your accommodation) where you will meet your personal

pilot/tour guide for the day, from there they will whisk you away high above
the

stunning Hunter region where you will get a view like no other, your

first stop will have you landing into Ivanhoe wines within Pokolbin to enjoy a
45-Minute tasting of their

best wines, you will then be flown over the Pokolbin state forest landing at
the beautiful Undercliff winery of Wollombi tucked away behind the Brokenback
Mountain range for another 45-Minute wine tasting.

By this time you might be getting a little peckish, We will fly you from
Undercliff to Margans Restaurant in the centre of Broke where you will have an
exquisite 3 course meal with matched wines, from there you can add an extra
winery stop of your choice or be flown back to Cessnock airport to finish your
day, on the way back you will be flying over the amazing Brokenback mountain
range and lower Hunter.
