Arrive at Bus Bay #7, Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence St, Cairns Marlin Marina, at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Staff will greet you, complete check-in, fit all gear, and run through the safety briefing before escorting you to the shuttle. Your air-conditioned shuttle departs Cairns CBD for the 30-minute drive south to Behana Gorge. Your guide introduces the gorge and the day's route selected based on current water levels and what to expect from each section of the course. Embark on the Behana Gorge Canyoning Course for approximately 3.5 - 4 hours. Step into the gorge and begin your adventure. Your route takes in natural rock slides, cliff jumps, abseiling down granite walls, river rapids, and crystal-clear swimming holes. Every challenge is optional, your guide reads the group's comfort level and adjusts throughout. All gear is provided and every activity is demonstrated and supervised before you attempt it. After approximately 5 hours on site, your shuttle returns you to Reef Fleet Terminal, the original departure point.
