Purchase Notice
- This rate is available to foreign travelers only. Rates may differ from those offered to local residents.
- Tickets are not sold on-site. Please book in advance.
- Please present the QR code on your voucher when boarding and during any transfer.
- Seats are not assigned. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Some routes may require a transfer at Sports Complex Station. Please follow the on-site staff’s instructions.
- If you miss the shuttle at Hongdae, Sinchon, Myeong-dong, or Dongdaemun, please use public transportation and arrive at Sports Complex Station at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time from Sports Complex Station.
- If there are no reservations for a route, the shuttle bus may not operate.
- Incheon Airport routes may stop at Phoenix Pyeongchang depending on operational conditions.
- For Incheon Airport routes, please check your terminal and designated pickup point carefully before departure.
[Cancellation Policy] - A full refund is available for cancellations made before 14:00 on the day before departure.
- Cancellations made after 14:00 on the day before departure are non-refundable.
- If one leg of a round-trip ticket is canceled, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable one-way fare.
- All booking and cancellation deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

The child fare applies to children under 13 years old.
Infants under 24 months may travel free of charge without a separate seat. If a seat is required, a child ticket must be purchased. A passport or passport copy may be required for age verification.
The designated boarding and drop-off point at Alpensia Resort is in front of the Welcome Center.
Actual arrival times may differ from the estimated schedule due to traffic congestion, adverse weather, or other road conditions.
Estimated travel time (may vary with traffic/weather): Seoul ↔ Ski Resort ~2–2.5 hours (rest stop may be available upon request)
