Meet the representative in front of the cafè "Al San Michele" at the meeting point at the Bar "Al san Michele" (Borgo Santo Spirito 17, 00193 Rome)
Show your smartphone voucher to the representative with the Vox Italy sign
The staff will help you in downloading the audio guide and escort you to the Cupola
In order to redeem your tickets it is mandatory to go to the meeting point at the scheduled time

Its a scam. You don't need to pay for the entry into the Basilica, how can you advertise for its entry. There is no need for skip the queue because only 8am collection was available, a time when there is NO queue.
