It was very convenient to use the passes! We just have to show the QR codes to the hankyu tourist center in Umeda train station and they will give you the tickets. We had 4 separate QR codes, so the process was extremely smooth. Highly recommended!
Buying the pass via Pelago website is smooth & easy. As for the pass, it is value for money if you are traveling to multiple places.

Everything okay, except searching for the office to exchange the physical train tickets, can be tricky, All japanese are helpful but most of them gave limited guidance in languages other than japanese. There is hardly any directional sign towards this tickets exchange office, its really some hardworks and luck to find this office.
The system issued two e-vouchers under the same number. The ticket counter in Japan rejected to issue two tickekts. Pelago customer help desk was very helpful to reissue another evoucher. However, the email response took about 15-20 minute, plus another 15 to queue in the ticket issue line again.
