Nature's Seasonal Kitchen: Please note that no two meals are identical. Because we forage and cook with what the forest provides at the exact time of your hike, our menu shifts with the seasons. We embrace the rhythm of nature, ensuring every 3-course meal is a unique, one-of-a-kind culinary adventure based on the freshest wild ingredients found that day.
The focus of the event will be on fire making, identifying different wild foods, and cooking with them. We will forage some of the food that we will eat our selves, and compose our meals around with that together with what we prepped in advance.
Our goal is that after the course you will have the knowledge, skills & tools to independently identify, pick and cook your own wild meals. The experience is practical and hands-on. You will also have a lifetime-lasting memory of a hands-on, useful and above all a FUN course!
