In the Vietnam War, it became a symbol of Hanoi’s resistance to relentless US bombing.

    Itinerary on Monday & Friday: Arrive at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel. Explore the massive complex of architectural works that were built during the many reigns of Vietnamese Emperors Itinerary for the remaining days: Visit the Mausoleum and the stilt house garden, the final resting place of the Vietnam national hero, President Ho Chi Minh, where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969.

Itinerary for the remaining days: Visit the Museum of Vietnamese Ethnology.     Itinerary on Monday & Friday: Come to visit the Vietnamese Women’s Museum, one of the best museums in Hanoi, which chronicles the history, culture, and contributions of Vietnamese women in society throughout the country’s history. Itinerary for the remaining days: Arrive Hoa Lo Prison Relic, one of the five scariest places in Southeast Asia. You will see how the French tortured political prisoners and the efforts of Vietnamese political prisoners during their stay here, as well as American pilots who had been shot down from 1964 to 1973.
