Guided by instructors, you will practice the Deep Forest Bath (Shinrin-Yoku) with breathing and meditation techniques in the dense Atlantic Forest, promoting integral health and deep connection with nature. In addition, the tour reveals the pioneering history of the park, combining contemplation and knowledge.
