Easy to use, a lot of ticket office in each exit. Bus is great!
Unable to change bus route from 6100 to 6001. Had booked mistakenly (my fault but bus company could have been more accommodating - was prepared to pay a fare difference) but was simply turned away. So we booked with another bus company.
Ticketing office staff couldn’t utter a word of English. Realise we are in Korea but airport-related services staff should have basic knowledge.
