Must Know
The temperature can be cooler out on the water, so dress accordingly
Sailing is an all-weather activity. However, in severe and unsafe weather conditions, the sail will be canceled or rescheduled as needed
Usage
The seaport is a 15-20 minute walk from Fulton Street train station, plan accordingly to check in before the sail starts at 89 South Street
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in and receive your boarding passes
If you are unfamiliar with the area, please allow up to 20 minutes to locate the Clipper City dock
Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point
Post Purchase
If the sail is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be notified as soon as possible
If the captain must cancel a sail, customers will be offered alternate departures, subject to availability, or receive a sailing credit for the current or following season
Between 1 week and 72 hrs before departure, reschedules incur a $30 per-ticket fee
Rescheduling or canceling within 72 hrs of departure forfeits ticket and all paid value
