Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- Only participants aged 20 and over are allowed (Same price applies)
- This is a request-based reservation, not an instant booking.
- Final bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Reservations must be made 7 days before.

- As the distillery includes historic buildings, some areas are not wheelchair accessible. The tour involves walking on uneven surfaces, steep stairs, and multiple steps. Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking.
- Please note that certain production facilities may be closed during the winter season.
- Please note that additional orders on the day may incur extra charges.
