Drive to Budhanilkhantha

  • Budhanilkantha

    8:30 AM- Half an hour drive to Budhanilkhantha and make a short visit to a temple (a huge stone carving statue) of lord Bishnu.

  • Nagi Gompa

    24 hoursAdmission Ticket Included
    After a short visit to Budhanilkantha temple, make an hour hike to reach Nagi Gompa. After lunch, sightseeing of surrounding and join Yoga session (Yoga postures, Guided Meditation, Chakra Meditation, Mantra Chanting).

    Before breakfast, you will join Yoga session (Yoga postures/Pranayama techniques/Mudra practices), then you will join for breakfast. Then, you will go for nature walk from Nagi Monastery to Danda Gaou. After lunch, you will join Philosophy Class/ Effortless Meditation. And in the evening you will join Yoga Nidra (Yogic Rest), Mantra Chanting and Musical time.
