Highlights

Climb Mount Rinjani in 2 days / 1 night. This pacakge is suitable for people who have a limited time for their visit or people who would like to enjoy Mount Rinjani at a more moderate pace. The 2D/1N trek starts from Senaru Village and heads through tropical forest up a steep grassland to the campsite at Senaru Crater Rim (2641M). Here you can see amazing views of Mount Agung in Bali, the Gili Islands and the summit of Mt Rinjani. You can also see Lake Segara Anak and Gunung Baru, the small volcanic cone within the crater and wonderful sunset. The next day after enjoying the sunrise and a leisurely breakfast we trek back to Senaru.


This trekking package is recommended for beginner hikers and families with kids.

Itinerary

  • Jou Trekking Rinjani

    Day 1: Approximately 7 Hours Walking 07:00 Am after breakfasts we walk and we register at the Rinjani Trek Centre in Senaru (601m) 07:30 Am commence trek ( 601m elevation) walk passes through dense tropical forest. Pos 2 montong satas (1500m) we stop for a longer break for lunch ( 2 hrs) the porters and guide will prepare for hot meal, fruits, tea. coffee After lunch we start walk to Pos 3 (2000m) Continue trek from Pos 3 to Crater rim pelawan senaru ( 2601m) Day 2: Approximately 5 Hours Walking 07:00 Am. wake up, liesurely breakfast+ coffee etc, 08:30 Am. Commencing walk back down to Senaru village, Walk for approximately 3 hour, taking short breaks along the way, stop for lunch in the jungle 03:00 Pm. Arrive at Jou Trekking office collect any belongings stored with us, Trekking Program finish
