Quick to book and easy to redeem! Hakone free pass is super worth it if you're gonna do all the tourist attractions there. The cruise and ropeway and train are all pretty special. Quite a fun day out. Pelago had a discount code so it was cheaper than getting it directly from the store.

This pass is extremely convenient and of great value! Easy to hop and off the trains, boat, ropeway and cable car with this pass. Need to exchange the e-confirmation page to the actual ticket at Shinjuku station west exit. The freepass is totally worth the money and also very convenient when travelling at Hakone. I think it's a price worth paying for the convenience.

The Hakone Freepass is surely the most fuss-free way to explore Hakone! Covering all the essential transportation required from Tokyo to/within Hakone. Redemption was relatively straightforward too from Shinjuku station and Pelago made it even more seamless and intuitive with the instant confirmation feature. Super easy to redeem, just go to the tourist center, scan the QR code with the machine and it will auto print your tickets. To use just show all the buses/trains stations the pass and they will let you through. highly recommended.

It was so convenient to travel around Hakone using the freepass. We even took advantage of the freepass to take the Tokai bus over to Mishima Skywalk!
