Timely service
Absolutely sucked. No one showed up. We contacted them via WhatsApp and I’m convinced that it wasn’t a real person but a bot answering our questions and pretending that our driver was at the airport when he wasn’t. I’ve got the WhatsApp messages to prove it too. Absolutely ruined our holiday, especially since we were travelling with two young kids. It’s also disheartening that a website run by Singapore Airlines would allow them to still be listed on the site. I’ve lodged a request for a refund, let’s see if we get it.
