This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.
You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind our club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize in groups of two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic matter. Depending on the amount of guests, several paella recipes will be made so that guests get to taste and learn how to cook more than one type of paella.
You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine.
After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing.

The Paella Club
Welcome to a fully-immersive culinary experience in the heart of El Raval in Barcelona! Here you will have the opportunity to learn the secrets to cooking authentic Paella from an experienced team of professionals! The class is completely hands-on begins with a brief introduction of the space over a glass of Cava. We will then welcome you into the kitchen where you will cook at your own individual cooking station while we instruct you through 10-steps of a delicious paella! Afterwards, we welcome you to the dinner table where you will share in fun, conversation, and get to try your paella as well as a variety of other Spanish delicacies. The four-course Paella Experience includes the following: • Cava welcome drink • Introduction to “Pa amb tomàquet” • Seasonal Entree • Foundations of Paella workshop • Spanish Wine Pairing • Dessert The class is offered daily at 5pm and lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
