Highlights

Haridwar and Rishikesh is one of the most visited pilgrimage sites in Uttarakhand state. Devotees from all the corners of the country and abroad as well, visit here in hordes. It is popular as the doorway to the cities that constitutes the Chota Char Dham Yatra Packages, which involves Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. The name of the town is derived from the second name of the Lord Vishnu, "Hrishikesh". The most revered river Ganga passes through this city. The Hindus in India call the holy river "Ganga Maa". Rishikesh lies in the lap of the mighty Himalayas and circled from three sides by mountains. River Ganges touches the pilgrimage sie and passes from right side of the city.

Delhi to Haridwar

  • Ganga Aarti at Haridwar

    Early morning pick up from Your hotel and proceed to Haridwar. On arrival Check in Hotel later start a sightseeing tour of Haridwar visit Mansa Temple,and The holy city of Haridwar is the point from where the Ganges emerges from the Himalayas (at 'Har ki Pauri') and progresses slowly across the plains. Evening visit Har-ki-Pauri to view the holy Ganges Aarti. Later transfer to Hotel. Stay overnight at hotel in Haridwar.

Haridwar - Rishikesh - Delhi

  • Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala

    After breakfast proceed to Rishikesh. On arrival visit Ram Jhula, the suspension bridge (750 ft) over River Ganges that connects Sivananda Ashram to Parmarth Niketan, Gita Bhawan and other holy sites. Also visit the sacred Triveni Ghat, the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers, where you can witness the 'Maha Aarti' dedicated to goddess Ganga in the evening. Later drive to Delhi. On arrival transfer to Hotel or Airport for your onward journey.
