Please be sure to carry your personal belongings, accessories, money, clothing, and documents with you. We will not be responsible for finding or keeping any items left on the shuttle bus.

Generally, the itinerary will not be affected by rainy days. If you are unable to depart due to natural disasters, you can change the departure date free of charge or get a full refund.

The shuttle bus will stop at a ski wear shop outside the ski resort before going to and from the ski resort. Regardless of whether you rent or not, you must stop for about 30 minutes. If you agree to the reservation, you agree to wait. Please refer to the schedule for details. If you need to rent at the last minute, you can also pay on the spot.

The itinerary will be adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the scenic spot, the company will not be responsible or refund.

There are no baby seats available on the bus.

Travel insurance is not included. The company assumes no responsibility for any bodily harm or injury caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend that customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance.

The departure time may be delayed depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

Send your license plate number and tour guide contact information via text message or SNS one day before departure.

[Fees]

The tour fee includes tips for local drivers and guides, as well as entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs as stated in the itinerary.

The minimum number of people per group is 1, and the number of people per group is 42. If the guest does not meet the minimum number of people per group and wishes to depart as a private group, additional fees will be incurred.

The minimum ski and snowboard size is 17cm (foot length) for SKI skis and 21cm (foot length) for SNOWBOARD skis. Children under 3 years old who wish to ski can inquire with their guide at the ski resort to see if the smallest size skis will fit them. If so, payment will be made on the spot.

One ski instructor can teach a maximum of 15 to 17 students.

Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price, while children under 36 months old are free of charge. (Children who are free of charge will not be provided with meals, seats in the car, entrance tickets, etc.)

Please take good care of all rental equipment. If damaged or lost, you will be charged for compensation (if goggles are lost, a charge of 30,000 won per pair will be charged)

You must wear ski clothes and equipment when entering the ski resort. Infants and non-skiers who do not have ski equipment will need to wait outside the resort.

Our company does not assume any responsibility for any physical damage or casualties caused by accidents or unpredictable factors due to force majeure.
