On time pick up and helpful and safe driver.
Bad experience!!! Driver was rude and unfriendly! Driver was using his phone with 1 hand and driving with 1 hand. Really dangerous ans unsafe. His focus was on phone not road, we were lucky to reach Hanoi in one piece! When ww feedback to operator, they ignored that fact and started to blame us for their mistakes of texting us saying pickup at 2pm when my booking was 7am. They caused the confusion and blame us for not checking our booking. Then why msg wrong info in the first place?? Then driver arrived earlier than pickup time of 7.15am to 7.30am and got unhappy when hotel was checking out. Operator claimed we delayed and cause delay to other passengers but its untrue as we were the last pickup and bus was already full and cramped no space to stretch leg also. Pictures on Pelago are misleading. We trusted Singapore Airlines and booked but really disappointed with such service from operator like this company Luong Kumquats!
