In the heart of Bergamo Alta, we’ve selected dishes that capture the region’s food culture: from traditional farmers’ meals to richly prepared meats, and even gelato stracciatella, which was first created here. Guided by our local Foodie, you’ll follow a secret itinerary within the Città Alta walls, exploring bold flavors and delicate scents, from the origins of Lombard cuisine to the contemporary Bergamo food scene.
