We will pick you up at the time you specify. If you need to change the time or pick-up location, please contact the operator by 6:00 PM the day before.
If you exceed the specified time, an additional fee will be charged: 50 RMB per hour for regular and business cars and 60 RMB per hour for luxury cars. This fee will be paid directly to the local driver.

On the day of your transfer, the driver will be waiting at the exit holding a sign with the representative's name. The driver speaks only Chinese, but multilingual support is available online via Japanese, English, Korean interpretation devices, as well as through email and WeChat.

For pick-up times between 23:00 and 05:00 Shanghai local time, there is an additional charge of 130 RMB per car. Please pay this fee directly to the local driver.

We use legally operated vehicles with green licenses, and children must be counted as passengers.

Please select an appropriate car based on the number of people and the amount of luggage.

Passenger and Luggage Restrictions:
For a 7-seater car, the maximum number of adult passengers is 6. When the car is fully occupied, the trunk can accommodate up to 3 pieces of luggage, each up to 24 inches in size (inclusive).
