The driver information and vehicle license plate number will be sent between 6:00 PM on the day before and 2 hours before the scheduled time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp / Line / WeChat).

Vehicle Information:
5-seater Toyota Crown or equivalent class: When there are 4 passengers, up to 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage can be accommodated.

7-seater Toyota Alphard or equivalent class: When child seats are not used, up to 6 passengers (including children) + 2 pieces of standard luggage can be accommodated. It can also accommodate 4 passengers and up to 4 pieces of standard-size luggage.

9-seater Toyota HiAce or equivalent class: When child seats are not used, up to 9 passengers (including children) + 7 pieces of standard luggage can be accommodated. It can also accommodate 6 passengers and up to 10 pieces of standard-size luggage.

Baggage Details: Standard baggage size is 36cm x 25cm x 53cm. Oversized baggage will count as 2 pieces. You will be responsible for any missed boarding costs if the maximum number of passengers or permitted baggage allowance is exceeded.

For reservations between 22:00 and 5:45 the following day, a late-night / early-morning surcharge of 2,500 yen will be added. The additional fee can be paid directly to the driver in cash.
