Nagarkot to Changunarayan hiking is one of the most beautiful short-day hike around Kathmandu valley. On a clear day we can see very long range of mountains including Langtang range, Gaurishankar Range, Dorje lhakpa range & Mahalangur range. we also can see mount Everst (8848m) on a clear day. You can enjoy pleasant view of Himalayan peaks either from the observation tower or by sitting at a hotel balcony with a pleasant breakfast. Our hiking trail from Nagarkot to Chaangunarayan is very scenic. On our trail, we pass through beautiful Tamang Village (locals Of Nagarkot ), Beautiful terrace farms, deciduous rhododendron forest, beautiful suspension bridge. The trail ends up at an old UNESCo heritage site dedicated to LOrd Bishnu. It's one of the oldest temples inside Kathmandu valley, well known for its wooden carvings. Final drive back to Kathmandu on completion.
