Our booking wasn’t recorded at the outlet. Luckily I was able to show my booking with ‘confirmation’. The counter staff was kind to insert our bookings. We did Swedish oil massage. The therapists were thorough. They rarely converse, keeping the environment quiet and relaxing.
The place was noisy and the masseur applied too much strength despite telling her to be softer. Even areas which I have marked as X ie do not touch, she also massaged. It was a torturous 2 hours session. I have bruises after that. Worse massage experience so far!
