Regardless of the experience level, every lesson have a duration of 2 hours: the theoretical part is in the first 20 – 30 minutes, immediately followed by the warm-up, and then it’s 90 minutes of practice in the water. These are possibly the most fun surf lessons, especially for those who are starting to practice this sport! It’s a great environment for those who enjoy learning in a group, challenge the others while being challenged in return, and share a lot of laughs. It’s also a great opportunity to check what students consider their physical/psychological limitations, and get to the end of the lesson completely worn-out (there’s no way we can deny that), but with a sense of fulfilment and self-accomplishment by overcoming those said limitations. Every lesson includes: Material – board, wetsuit and leash; Personal Accident and Indemnity Insurance; Transportation to the beach (if necessary); Individual performance evaluation; Instructors accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation (FPS);
