it was a good experience. I went there close to sunset timing and stayed until evening. wonderful views of the city

View was great and you could see the snow festival there. It's a small observation deck so you don't spend a lot of time there I bought 3 tickets and one failed to scan at the entry point so I had purchased another ticket on the day..still waiting for my refund
Smooth redemption of the ticket. Went around 11+am and it wasnt crowded. But school excursions started coming in at 12pm.
