In this experience you'll learn how to make one of the most iconic dishe of Mexico, guided by a professional chef at he's own apartment. At the same time you'll learn about the history of this dish and will prepare them several different ways - including tamales, oaxaqueños and Mexico City style. While preparing the various tamales, we will enjoy a drink or two: your choice of craft beer or Mexican wine. Once the cooking process is complete, we will sit down together, relax, and enjoy the fruits of our labour !
