Sydney 2000 (ocean deck), Captain Cook 3 (main deck), and The Jackson (main deck) are wheelchair accessible

Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult

Usage
Show your mobile voucher to the staff at the boarding point
Show the credit card used for your online booking at check-in
Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time
On Fridays and Saturdays, departure is at 19:00, and disembarkation is at 22:00
On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, boarding is at 16:45; departure is at 17:00; and disembarkation is at 19:00
Temporary departure location (20 July–28 August 2026):
The cruise will depart from Eastern Pontoon, located approximately 400 m (05-minute walk) towards the Sydney Opera House from Wharf 6
The Captain Cook Cruises ticket office at Circular Quay Wharf 6 will remain open throughout the closure period
