This fabric jewellery workshop takes place at my home studio in Bo Kaap, Here we’ll get to know each other over a beverage - coffee, tea, juice, etc - and some local beats. We’ll also get acquainted with a proudly South African fabric called shweshwe, which I'll show you how to manipulate into bold and bright jewellery pieces - a necklace and a bracelet or 2 necklaces or 2 bracelets. What you make you get to take! All of these are great as gifts or wearable souvenirs. There will also be a variety of readymade shweshwe jewellery from our range available for purchase at a 10% discount - subject to availability. Cash and card payments are accepted. Please note that the workshop takes 1.5 hours for up to 3 guests. An additional 30min will need to be added per guest above 3.
