• The minimum number of participants is 4 adults for a joint tour and 2 adults for a private tour.
• Adults are 6 years old and older, and children are 25 months to 5 years old <-Change
• If there are not enough participants for the joint tour, we will individually notify you 2-3 days before the tour.
• If the event is canceled due to insufficient participants, a 100% refund will be given.
• You will be riding a motorboat on the firefly tour. (Kayaking can capsize in the dark.)
• When using a private tour, you will travel alone in the vehicle, but you will board the firefly boat with a number of other people.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please refrain from engaging in any individual activities in areas without safety personnel.

[Sunset Bamboo Bridge + Firefly Tour Precautions]

• The tour will proceed even if the sunset does not appear due to weather.
• Most tours will run even in rainy weather.
• The firefly tour will resume as soon as the rain stops.
• Individual dinners are available at Northzen.
  
• If you request a photo when using the individual dinner service, we will take a photo using the traveler's cell phone camera.
• Since the guide in charge is not a professional photographer, he/she cannot make claims for unwanted photos such as views, people, or compositions.
• The guide in charge does not ride with you on the firefly tour.
• For private tours, you will use a private vehicle, and the boat will be boarded by multiple people (multi-cab travel within Panglao Island).
• Life jackets are required on the firefly tour.
• Drinking alcohol is not permitted during the tour.
• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
  
• The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and you will be individually notified if the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds are not available in case of schedule changes or time reductions due to natural disasters or other reasons.
  
• Bohol has a tropical climate with changeable weather, and firefly tours are likely to be cancelled in case of rain.
  
• The tour will resume when the rain stops due to a squall phenomenon. Please understand that sudden notice may be given before the meeting time on the day of use.
  
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
  
• Please take good care of your personal belongings as lost items during the tour are not stored separately and may be difficult to find.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health or your own negligence (e.g., pre-existing conditions).
  
• Injuries caused by personal negligence will be covered by travel insurance, and please bring receipts for local treatment.
• We provide information about this independent travel product, and the actual event is carried out by a local company.
