On your arrival, proceed with the morning game drive. Mikumi is home to elephants, Lion, Wild dogs, Zebras, Hyena, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Eland, Hartebeest, Crocodile, Lizard, and other residents. The central portion of the Uluguru mountains is a ridge running roughly north-south and rising to 2,630 meters (8,600 ft) altitude at its highest point.
