Purchase Notice

Complimentary GoPro and Insta360:

  • The tour comes with a free use of action camera GoPro and Insta360 (subject to avilability).
  • It is advisable to download ahead the GoPro Quik app and Insta360 app for seamless file transfer and editing.
  • Please research ahead how to use the camera and edit photos and videos.
  • An OTG device is also provided for an alternative way of transferring files. (Files may be transferred to your phone or laptop)


Care Guide for GoPro and Insta360 :

  1. Handle with care : Avoid dropping or exposing the camera to heavy impacts 
  2. Keep it dry : Ensure all doors are securely closed to maintain waterproof integrity.
  3. Clean regularly : Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the lens and body after each use.
  4. Avoid extreme temperatures : Do not expose the camera to extreme heat or cold for prolonged periods 
  5. Charge properly : Use the provided charger and avoid overcharging the battery.
  6. Store safely : Keep the camera in a protective case when not in use 
Reminders
The customer is responsible for the proper use and safety of the GoPro and Insta 360. In case of damages, the customer will be charged for the cost of repair, restoration and rental for the downtime. In the event of loss of the unit while in customer's possession, customer will be responsible for covering the full replacement of the camera
Meals are not included in the package. You may arrange ahead with the agency or the driver where you want to eat as long as the establishment is within the route. Surcharge applies if location is out of the service area.
For international guests, we recommend to use Viber or Whatsapp to easily communicate with the coordinator
