We book the transport a night prior to our departure schedule (next morning). Immediately after confirming the order, someone contacted me through whatsapp and later create a group chat where I got the info about driver and vehicle that would pick us up. Overall it was a very good experience and we would definitely source our needs on Pelago again for our upcoming trip.
