We paid for the day trip using Singapore Airline points and had email confirmation for the event. We arrived 15min prior to the agreed pick-up time and waited for an hour, until it was obvious that the trip was not running. Total waste of holiday time. I rang the operator of the trip who offered us the same trip to Essaouira the following day, but we were leaving Morocco that day. He promised to refund us but no sign of a refund and it's been more than three weeks. Not happy at all. Cannot recommend this company.
