More of a Pelago issue. The guide did not have my reservation but the guide was kind enough to continue to accommodate me. It’s not really a guided tour. The tour guide introduction to the place was brief and you will be left to do your own walking. I won’t recommend to have the lunch. The food was mediocre and Shirakawa-go had more food Will I book again? I think it’s hassle free so yes but I won’t be expecting too much from such tour.
