Skiing is physically demanding and carries risks. It is recommended to purchase domestic travel insurance or personal accident insurance before departure.

In the event of a collision with other visitors while skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation; any medical or compensation costs must be borne by yourself.

This is a fixed-schedule group tour. Customers participating in this tour must strictly adhere to the stay times at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver/guide.

If you leave the tour group midway, it will be considered a void transaction, and no refunds will be provided. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.

As this itinerary does not allow for transfers to other schedules or joining midway, no refunds will be provided for missed activities or trip cancellations due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. Please take note.

According to ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the ski lift or use the ski slopes if you are not wearing ski wear. Please be aware of this.
