Dedicate yourself a space of well-being with the morning Yoga practice. In a yoga studio located in the heart of the historic center, in the marvelous Palazzo Sambiasi in Lecce, which resounds with ancient silence and profound beauty, we will practice Yoga with international teachers in Italian and English. Many different practices, from Hatha Yoga to Vinyasa Yoga Flow, even on vacation, to start the day with confidence and lightness and open yourself up to an experience of listening, relaxation and emotional recharge. Sessions last approximately one hour and are held in the morning. The space features yoga mats, bricks, and belts.
