If traveling by metro, travel from MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui station and exit at L6 exit. Go through the Cultural Centre (close to the Clock Tower)
Arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point
Post Purchase
Dreamer Cruise remains open if Amber / Red Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No.1 is hoisted
If Tropical Cyclone Signal No.3 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted 2 hours before pickup, the cruise will be canceled, and customers can reschedule or get a refund
If either warning is issued during the cruise, the boat will return to the pickup point for safety
No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
