One of the world`s highest mountain Makalu 8445 meters 27838 fts located in the Mahalangur Himalayas just 19 km southwest of mount Everest on the Nepal, China & Tibet border. On May 1995 the Mount Makalu Expedition was first time climbed by lionel Terray and Jean couzy of a French expedition lead by jean franco. Makalu is highly vertical slopes & sharp-edged ridge required prominent knowledge of using climbing gears.
Mount Makalu Expedition would be an ideal adventure for those with the time and desire to experience impressing natural beauty, life style of different ethnic groups, culture diversity of peoples, cye-catching snow clad mountains, gorgeous landscapes from mountain to glacial terrain and rich variety of flora & fauna.
