• Ticket requirements:
  Senior citizen tickets: 60 years and older (must bring valid identification)
  Student tickets: Full-time undergraduate students and below (must bring a valid student ID)
  Free admission: Children aged 4 and under (excluding 4 years old) are admitted free of charge (valid ID required).

(1) Admission tickets are valid for a single day and a single session only. For the 20:00-22:00 session, the latest entry time is 21:15. Please plan your visit accordingly.

(2) After purchasing and redeeming tickets and becoming a member of SMP Shanghai Magnolia Plaza, you can register your points at the service desk on LG1 floor of the mall with the points voucher provided by the observation deck and enjoy the points policy and free parking policy of Shanghai Magnolia Plaza.

(3) After purchasing any type of ticket, you can obtain a 1-hour free storage voucher at the self-service storage area of ​​the observation deck on LG1 floor by presenting the mobile phone number used when purchasing the ticket.

(4) The Stage Magnolia Viewing Platform is a 360° open-air viewing platform located 320 meters above the ground. For your safety and the safety of others, it is forbidden to stick items out of the railings, run, lean against or climb the glass railings, or engage in other dangerous behaviors. It is also forbidden to occupy the viewing area for extended periods during peak hours. Such uncivilized behaviors will be investigated and dealt with according to law. Photography, recording, and interviews for commercial purposes are also prohibited.

(5) For the health of tourists, those with a fear of heights, high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, etc. should purchase tickets with caution. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

(6) To ensure customer safety, in the event of an emergency, especially force majeure such as strong winds, rain, snow, approaching thunderclouds, hail, photochemical smog and abnormal high temperatures, the service provider may close the observation deck without prior notice.

(7) The following items are prohibited: professional cameras, lighting equipment, tripods, megaphones, walkie-talkies and similar equipment; handbags, backpacks and other large luggage; camping equipment (tents, folding chairs, ground mats); food or drinks; drones; balloons; kites; and other flying items. Please do not bring pets (guide dogs, service dogs, service dog medication, explosive cartridges, and other dangerous items); or other items that may be scattered or dropped. Note: Staff and security personnel will check your belongings upon entry; your cooperation is appreciated.

【SHANGHAI PASS Transportation Card】

• The SHANGHAI PASS is a complimentary gift and is non-refundable.
• The card will not have any stored value after redemption. You will need to store the value at the redemption counter or designated location before using it.
  
• This card can be recharged and used repeatedly. It is anonymous, cannot be reported lost, and cannot be withdrawn. Recharges are in increments of 10 yuan, with a maximum stored value of 1000 yuan.
