(2) After purchasing and using your ticket and becoming an SMP Shanghai Magnolia Plaza member, you can register your points at the service desk on the LG1 floor of the mall with the points voucher provided by the Observation Deck and enjoy the points policy and free parking policy of Shanghai Magnolia Plaza.

(3) After purchasing any ticket, you can use the mobile phone number you used to purchase the ticket to obtain a 1-hour free storage ticket at the self-service storage area on the LG1 floor observation deck.

(4) The Stage Magnolia Observation Deck is a 360° open-air observation deck located 320 meters above the ground. For the safety of you and others, dangerous behaviors such as extending objects out of the guardrail, running, leaning on and climbing the glass fence are prohibited. Uncivilized behaviors such as long-term occupation of the viewing area during peak hours are prohibited. Relevant behaviors will be held accountable according to law. Photography, recording, interviewing, etc. for commercial purposes are prohibited.

(5) For the sake of tourists’ health, tourists with fear of heights, high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, etc. should purchase tickets with caution. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the trip to ensure their safety.

(6) To ensure the safety of our customers, the Service Provider may close the Observation Deck without prior notice in the event of an emergency, especially force majeure such as strong winds, rain, snow, approaching thunderclouds, hail, photochemical smog and abnormally high temperatures.
