Highlights

You can taste aguamiel, pulque and pulque curado.
Then we´ll have a workshop to know about the local gastronomy, you can taste insects, plants, pulque and you´ll cook salsa and tortillas. You´ll love it!!

Here you´ll know about the plant, its properties and you will learn how a "tlachiquero" get sweet water of the heart of the plant and how that water is become into pulque. Then we´ll have a workshop to know about the local gastronomy, you can taste insects, plants, pulque and you´ll cook salsa and tortillas. You´ll love it!!
